Healthcare for
the Homeless
N.E.W. Community Clinic Outreach Healthcare
N.E.W. Community Clinic provides medical, behavioral health, dental, WIC, physical therapy and case management services to individuals and families facing housing instability in Northeast Wisconsin.
Housing insecurity and homelessness affect individuals who lack stable housing—whether living outdoors, in vehicles or garages, or temporarily “doubled up” in places like couches or floors in others’ homes. It also includes those staying in emergency shelters, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, or other programs designed for people facing housing instability.
Our Healthcare for the Homeless Team offers both same-day and scheduled appointments for medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and case management services at all of our clinic locations. We also provide in-person care at local homeless shelters throughout Green Bay.
To remove barriers such as transportation, our Mobile Health Unit (MOBY) brings integrated care directly to individuals in need—offering medical and dental services in a convenient, community-based setting.
Our team is dedicated to managing chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and asthma, while also addressing urgent health needs including earaches, sore throats, and rashes. We provide wellness exams and vaccinations for both adults and children, ensuring access to preventive care no matter where you are on your housing journey.
